Retail Therapy

I believe that when everything ísn't going well and you're at the edge of insanity, the best thing for a girl to do is to just put on her nicest pair of heels, make sure there's a bankcard/credit card/any card that can be swiped on her and go shopping for a whole day.

It's very therapeutic. The retail industry is designed to make you feel good about your purchases. It even teaches you how to tell yourself that every purchase you make is needed and will be put to good use. You're buying what you need, not want.

Not only that, I believe that you lose weight when you go shopping. Think about it. You're on your feet the whole day walking around. On top of that you have to carry your shopping bags (unless some girls out there have managed to train someone to do it for them. I am not that fortunate. Yet.) and since shopping is so fun, food is optional.

Shopping is a lifesaver.
